Learning to Snatch can be a daunting task. PVC drills till you are blue in the face is the key. Break the movement down into many parts and slowly assemble them back together until it begins to flow. Once the timer starts it is inevitable that technique errors will occur. Keep sticking with the PVC drills, and in time you will learn to do the exercise correctly. You all did a great job yesterday. We know some of you were a bit frustrated with the movement, but we assure you this is normal at first. In time you will agree that nothing quite feels good like a clean snatch.
