Nick Schwed yesterday throwing up a heavy thruster.  He successfully hit 3 reps at 155, all the way down and full legit lockouts overhead.  He got 2 reps at 160 and barley missed the third.  Strong work Nick.  Lets see some of your bicep curling buddies pull that off.
