This guy is a stud. Dave Wright was dabbling in Santa Cruz 5 years ago when CrossFit was small and not very well known. He found us recently, got back on board and is progressing quickly. After working through a progression for about 15 minutes, Dave pulled off his first ever muscle up and we happened to get it on film. See the video below. We will be working the muscle up more later this week. We want to see who is going to be the first female in our box to pull it off.
