Here is what it looks like. A four block lunch, 4 1/2 oz turkey meat, 1 oz cheese, 1 apple, 1 plumb, 1 peach, and 4 macadamia nuts, yummy. Isn't this fun? Not really, but I think I can see a new ab already which makes it all worth it. Stick with it guys! 8 weeks is not that bad, and hopefully by the end you all have learned some new habits that will help you look better naked and kick even more ass on workouts.

He lifts weights like a big boy, but can also move his own body weight around like a light weight Olympic wrestler. Jason is an example of someone who has the whole package. This is fitness at its best!
