We will be looking for the best possible technique today vs. true 1 rep max efforts. Our bodies are thrashed from the WOD yesterday and its a good day to be focused on technique vs. max effort.
We had 18 people doing 3 different WODs at a time during the noon class yesterday. Jumping, climbing, lifting, and just doing what we were born to do.
