Congrats to Pastor Matt for getting his first muscle up! He has been trying to get one after workouts for a while now and he finally got it. I noticed he was having trouble getting his head in front of the rings. He had all the power he needed to get up high enough, but he wasn’t being aggressive in the turnover. After a few minutes drilling this concept using a band on the rings, he popped up and made it look easy. Great job Matt! Now let’s shoot for 30 Muscle Ups for time.
