Hello, my name is China Tolliver and I’m basically a “CrossFit Beast”; but not really! I relocated to Sac just over a year ago and after a year of doing everything except working out; I gained 30lbs (insert sad face here). After speaking with my Mum who has been a dedicated CrossFitter for two years; we devised a plan to get me back on point- a little course correction if you will. In January I began my “30 by 30” plan- my goal is to lose 30 pounds by my 30th birthday in July. Simple enough. I began to eat a Paleo diet (which totally cleared up my adult onset acne, just saying) and recently joined CFES. I’m down 18lbs and I feel like I literally squatted off each calorie, carb and sugary confection. I’m from Detroit, I’m training to become a certified Doula and I still watch Jerry Springer.
And by the way “Thick Girls CrossFit” too.
