In A Team of 4:
400m Tire Drag
300 KB Swing 53/35
200 Pull Ups
100 Burpees
*Team can take turns dragging the tire and must carry two KB's while they do it.
Only two at a time may work until all KB swings and Pull Ups are finished. After that the team will finish burpees as fast as possible with only 1 at a time working.

The party is on at Chris Lene's house next Friday night! Your presence is required to celebrate our team's success. We plan to have beer, wine, and cocktails while BBQing some awesome cow.
