5 Sets of Ring Dips to Failure
After a full warmup and a few sub maximal sets of front squat alternate between a triple on front squat and a max set of ring dips. Take as much time as needed between sets (this is not a typo).
And there off! Yesterday was a marathon WOD, and wouldn't you know it our marathon runners did the best. Many of us got off to a great start and finished one punishing rep at a time. Low times were around 24 minutes and slower times ranging up to 45 minutes.
