Much Needed Rest Day

Last week was an epic week of hard core training. Warmups have been tougher than ever and the WODs  were super intense.  All of you are doing FANTASTIC!  Get your butts in the gym, throw yourselves under the bus and sign up for the Nutrition/WOD Accountability Program on the white board.  Also, the St. Patty's Party is going to be a "Pot Luck", so sign up for what grub you want to bring and we will supply the Beer, Wine, Liquor, and music (We promise no gangsta rap or punk rock).  Don't forget to invite a friend.  Don't tell them its a Fitness Cult event.

Great Job to the 10:00 AM class yesterday.  The WOD went amazing!  Welcome to the club Ken, Nancy, Lori, Lance, and Sally.  Drinking the Kool Aid won't let you down.
