I picked up a bunch of jump ropes from HumanX this weekend.

The X2 Speed Rope-
This rope is great for intermediate to advanced double unders.  It is very light weight which means high efficiency, but with more efficiency comes less feel, which means you better be pretty well dialed.  So if you got double unders, at least pretty well, this lightweight rope will give you an edge by keeping your arms fresh longer.  Most likely taller athletes will find this rope too light, as ropes this light tend to catch too much air resistance at longer lengths.

The X4-
This rope I am really fired up about beginners and intermediate jumpers.  The long wand-like handles fit great in the palm of the hand and the rubber grips help them stay in place for those longer sets.  I think this rope is a great way to learn double unders or step up to a cable jump rope from a plastic one.  Its heavier cable gives it a great feel.  Also taller athletes will like this rope because the heavier cable will carry more momentum around a bigger loop.  The only downside is for those of you who can knock out big sets of 50 or more, you will start to feel that extra weight.

Let me know if you need a rope.  I have about 10 of each and am getting rid of the X2’s (left) for $10 and the X4 (Right) for $20.  Get them while they last.
