Snatch Deadlift
Hang Squat Snatch
Pause Overhead Squat

3 Rounds:
Max Set Unbroken HSPU
Max Height Box Jump 1.1.1
Rest 1 Minute Between Rounds


 

 This test can really make the barbell overhead squat improve. Whether it be increased strength in the lock out position or increased midline stability in the squat. Let's see who can get the most reps today (without going to snap city). The test might show you how much overhead mobility work is needed. If mobility is lacking and you're not able to correctly overhead squat, then just try and hold the kettlebells overhead in a good locked out position.

    AO- if I could do that, I would. I wouldn’t even know where to start on the mobility issues between me and passing that test.

  4. Just passed the woman test (in lifting shoes). Will need another month for the man test in flat shoes. Felt like great rehab work on my lat.
