Carol Robinson will be finishing her private On-Ramp on Tuesday. She is a competitive masters rower and will be turning 60 next month. Here she is on her first day deadlifting for a max effort and hitting 135 for 3 reps! She followed that up with an 8:30 mile. We are stoked to have another stud master athlete on our team. Great work Carol! It will be exciting to see your progress and to see how CF affects your rowing capacity.
Carol will be coming into the gym this morining to use the rower. She has a 1000m test and is looking to set a PR. Her goal is 4:07. I think with some good old CF encouragement.
