In a 3 Person Team, Do 20 Minutes of the Following:
Row 200m
Clean and Jerk 135/95 for reps
Rest
When the clock starts one teammate begins rowing, one teammate does clean and jerk, and the other is resting. When the rower finishes the 200m, everyone rotates. Rower goes to clean & jerk, clean & jerk person goes to rest, and the rest person begins the 200m row. The team score is the total # of clean & jerks completed by the team in the 20 minutes.
If you do not have a team, do a two minute round in which you row 200m and get as many clean & jerks as possible before the 2 min is over. Then rest exactly 1 min before starting the next row.
