If you come in early to the 6 AM class you have probably noticed a quite young man, tall, slender, and mild mannered who is kicking your ass at the workouts.  Meet Nicholaus Johnson, Arden Hills/Jesuit swimmer who just earned himself 3 All American times in High School Sections; winning the 500 free, placing 2nd in the 200 free, and winning the 400 free relay with a come from behind victory.  Nick also placed 5th nationally in the 1500m and qualified to race in the 1000m free Florida in at the NCSA Juniors.  Nick is an outstanding young student/athlete and a great role model for his 3 younger siblings.  He is currently a junior at Jesuit High School and is maintaining a 4.18 GPA.  He looking to stay in California (USC, Stanford or Cal) for college, however the Ivy League schools Harvard, Princeton or Yale may be calling his name as well.  When Nick in not swimming, studying of performing in community service helping out with the Special Olympic swimmers, he enjoys kicking back with good friends.  Although most of us know Nick as the quiet hard working kid in the gym, he has quite the sense of humor when you get him talking.
