If you have participated in “competitive exercising” for less than a year, have thought about it, or would like to try 3 wods in 1 day, then mark your calendars. December 21st at 10:30am we will be having novice team tryouts for our very own 2014 Sactown Throwdown. 2 Men and 2 Women will be chosen. The wods are TBA, but be prepared for something heavy, an AMRAP, and a time trial. If you aren’t able to make it on that day, then we will make sure there is an alternate day where we can get it done. We want as many people as we can to participate in this, so make sure to call out your friends in the comment section, through other social media, or just to their face in front of other members.
