Nowhere To Hide

Our own rendition of the Final WOD from the CF Games 2010.  I apologize for not building 12 foot walls and 20 foot rope climbing structures, but this should provide plenty of misery.

Part A.
3 Rounds For Time:
30 Push-ups, release hands from floor at the bottom
1 Rope Climb 14ft
21 Overhead Squats 95/65
1 Rope Climb 14ft
Seven minute time cap. Score time of completion or reps completed within the cap.

Rest 30 seconds

Part B.
3 Rounds For Time
30 GHD Sit Ups
21 Floor To Overhead Any Way 95/65
Seven minute time cap. Score time of completion or reps completed within the cap.

Rest 30 seconds

Part C.
For Time:
50 Burpee Pull Ups
Twelve minute time cap. Score time of completion or reps completed within the cap.

Larry tries desperately to escape the pain of a 2k Row.  Unfortunately there is nowhere you can run and nowhere you can hide to escape the pain that comes along with this type of intensity.  If you didn't roll back and forth gasping for air after you rowed yesterday, take a page out of Larry's book and step it up.
