The last two WODs were long and terribly grueling. Here the 6:00 PM class fights to get oxygen to their failing cardiovascular systems. Very impressive scores by many of you yesterday. Get your asses on leaderboard and start posting your WODs every time, good bad or ugly. I want to see the leaderboard completely filled every day. With 70-80 of you doing the WOD every day this should not be a problem, get on it people. If I have to I am going to come up with an incentive program to make sure this happens, so get on it so I don't have to get on you. Leaderboard is a great way to track your progress and your log your WODs in case your journal happens to go AWOL.
Today's WOD is lower volume and shorter in duration, so mo excuses, get your sore butts to the gym and lets make it happen.
