Cori has turned over a new leaf lately and is on a mission to step up her game. Although Cori is a great athlete and a hard worker, she has been somewhat stagnant and frustrated over the last year in terms of improvement. A simple change of attitude now has her on a streak of improvement that we haven’t seen in quite some time. Improvements in lifts, and gymnastic movements have been a regular occurrence over the last few weeks. Last Friday we worked on snatch technique for a bit and things were looking good, so I had her work up to a new PR. There were no missed lifts on the way either.
Great job Cori. If you can manage to keep the current level of determination and belief in yourself, I am sure that we will have a CF Games Masters competitor in 2012.
