I found a sweet new iPhone app yesterday called Paleo GoGo.  It has over 200 national chain resturaunts in it and it will tell you paleo choices from the menu.

I had a meeting with another affiliate owner Wednesday at Applebee's and put it to the test.  I pleased to find that all the choices listed on the app were actually on the menu.  I ended up settling on the Paradise Chicken Salad.  The menu version showed only 340 calories, but I doubled the chicken, so who knows what the final tally was.  The salad was great, the app was easy to use and worked like a charm on the first attempt.

If you are someone who eats out a lot, give this a shot.  You can find it in the iTunes store, and their website says that a Droid version is in the works.  For more info check out www.paleogogo.com.
