I have been trying to tell all of you for quite some time now that after you adjust or hang the rings, you have to get the buckles up off the rings.  The buckles take chunks out of the wood or metal when you swing and kip.  Then the rough edges tear up your wrists even more than usual and leave you with Jesus wounds.  Please take note and become dilligetent in careing for our equipment.  If you are advanced enough to use rings in your training, I expect you to be advanced enough to take care of them.
