Good to know that after millions of years of evolution, we still possess the most primal of physical abilities, climbing. Talk about a functional movement. The rope is always surprising, in that it never seems to be strength that is the limiting factor. Its like doing burpees… yeah I can do another one, but I really don't want to because I am gassed. When you think of moving large loads over long distances quickly, moving your entire body weight 15ft upward in 4 seconds is a perfect example. Not only have you have done a tremendous amount of work in a short time, but you have challenged the entire body in a unique way.
Great job to all of you who overcame fears and climbed to the roof yesterday. We were quite pleased with the level of performance yesterday.
