Welcome to the Level One class Dalton. He has been in 6am Foundations class for a while and has been improving a lot over the past few months. Looking forward to seeing you getting better in Level One. Maybe get those elbows a little higher and weight a tad more on your heels on those wall balls (this is in the middle of his fitness test so he might've been a little tired…..we'll let it slide for now).

Welcome Dalton. All the pithy platitudes for welcoming new people to the level one class are getting old. For those of you who haven’t had the chance to meet Dalton, he’s a great addition to the 6 AM Level 1 class- if we can get a “That’s what she said” joke out of him we will really know he’s in the right place.

Hey for anyone that would be interested, I’m making a co-ed softball team with the XOSO sports league. The games will be on Sundays starting July 22 from 10am-2pm at Jonas Larkspur Park. I need to have all those that want in; first and last name, birthday, email, phone number and T-shirt size. Sign up for the league starts 6-17 I would like to have our roster before that. Cost for a team of 13 would be $55 per as long as we sign up before 6-24 or $62 per after that date.
