Chris "The Stork" Nelson had the biggest lift of the day, climbing to the top of the deadlift board with a 425# deadlift, and the top of the CrossFit total board with a total of 855. He has way more weight in him, but for safety's sake that was enough for the day. Look at the bar flex under that load.
