Brooke demonstrates the Bulgarian split squat, a fantastically miserable exercise which we has been lost in our archives until now.  It is just like a lunge, but with your back foot elevated so the front leg does all the work.  Even with only a few sets at light weight you are guaranteed to be feeling these for days to follow.
