Good ol' Barb working for a full lockout in the overhead press.  Even though Barb is 75+ years young, Travis makes her WORK for a full range of motion.  You better work for it today too.  No short ROM lockouts, get those elbows locked, shoulders active, and head through the window or you will be doing extra reps.  Be like Barb and keep it L-E-G-I-T.
