I wanted to give props to my mother, Linda, and my step father, Ron, on their efforts and progress in the gym. They are shown here performing overhead squats during their scaled versions of "Amanda" yesterday. This movement is very difficult and uncomfortable, but yields tremendous benefits in terms of strength, mobility, and balance. I actually think learning to overhead squat makes you about 5 years younger. I am proud of you both for showing up consistently and working your butts off to become better athletes. You both looked great performing this movement yesterday, keep up the strong work.
