Of the 10 general physical skills, good flexibility is the skill that can have a positive effect on all of the others. We all hate to stretch, in fact if you come in here and tell us you like stretching, we will wonder what is wrong with you. The problem is that your body will eventually fail in CrossFit without proper time and attention to your tight areas. Embrace our new found attention to this dreaded activity. Realize what areas you struggle in and spend some extra time stretching and rolling those areas daily. If you do, you will see that your abilities will increase dramatically and you will feel better. Working on flexibility sucks, but it is worth it, you will see.
