30 DB Push Press 30's/20's
40 12" Vertical Jumps
50 Double Unders

Rest 3 min between pieces

 
Since I made you all dumber with yesterday's video, I thought I would post some real athletes doing something worthy today.  This isn't the normal FlexNasty curriculum, but when a cheerleader and a gymnast are the only two there, it can get beyond stretching and hand balancing.
