The Urbanathlon is this Sunday in SF. I know a few of us are going and wanted to remind/encourage you to get signed up. If you are going, leave a comment here so everyone can meet up.
Also on Sunday, and a bit closer to home is Freedom Gone Bad. I know there is a group going out to that event as well. So if you're up for a great charity CrossFit Challenge, head out CF Rooseville and check it out. And the WOD is NOT Fight Gone Bad. It's actually suposed to be worse!?
