Epic turnout for the WOD yesterday!  Thank you all for getting up early on your day off to come out and enjoy the WOD by the river.  It isn't often that we make you all do a WOD that takes 30+ minutes to finish, but that's what it was yesterday, and just finishing that WOD was the biggest goal.
