Sorry for the late post, Typepad seemed to be having some difficulties this morning.
Congrats to our competitors from the Moxie Madness yesterday. It was a day of brutal WODs and great performances by our athletes. Leah, Cherie, Brooks and AO tied for 6th place. Sarah W, Alice, Josh and Justin K placed 12th after making a huge leap in the standings on the final WOD. Our scaled team, Donna, Ari, John M, and John C performed very well also and made us all proud to be a part of CFES. Thank you all for putting your hats in the ring. I was very proud to be coaching all of you.
