Rob Cloninger has one of the best looking back squats I have ever seen.  Even after a lifetime of low back problems, diligence and consistency in working on mobility has made this possible.  After 1 year of CrossFit training, 275, all the way down, perfect lumbar curve, knees out, weight on heels, no back pain in the morning.  Way to show the world what is possible through proper training.
