How could something that looks so simple feel so difficult.  Lot's of groaning yesterday on the Tabata hollow rocks.  As we begin to explore the realm of gymnastics more and more, it has become obvious how much we lack midline strength in the anterior chain.  All the situps in the world just don't seem to do the trick.  Hollow rock is a great way to build a more rock soild midsection which will help us with our SHT (stupid human tricks), our lifts, and our efficiency in our WODs.  Start working on those hollow rocks.  It isn't very fun, but you will make progress quickly and that progress will show up in other areas of your workouts.
