First off, thank you to everyone who has been making an effort to use our new scheduling system. We still have a few kinks to work out, but the system is starting to function properly and many are using it successfully. For those of you who haven't gotten on board yet, please click here for directions on how to get started. It's really important that you read all on screen instructions as you navigate through the process. Many hang ups people have had are beacuse they didn't read exactly what the system was saying to them.
Next, the smart phone app is ready to go. You will log in using the same email and password you set up on the Mind Body site.
For iPhone, go the your app store, search for CrossFit East Sacramento, and download.
For droid, visit,

on your phone and bookmark the site to your phone's desktop.
Hopefully this helps streamline the process making it easier and more convienient for you all to use the system. You will be prompted to sign some online waivers, which you will have to them login to your email to finish. Once that is done, you will be able to use the system on your phone.
We will also be adding the calendar and system to our facebook page soon. We are also working on a completely new website that will have an interactve scheduling system.
