Here is the current CFES leaderboard for the CF Open 2011 – Week #1.  This workout has proven to be quite a gasser.  We have seen those who usually are good at double unders break down more than we expected.  Some of this was due to the pressure of competing,  and some was sheerly due to fatigue.  We have had to take away a few reps for not fully locking out the legs with the bar overhead.  We have also learned two important lessons.  Have a back-up jump rope on deck, and tie your shoes like you mean it.  Broken jump ropes and dangling shoe laces are not good for performance.

I am looking forward to doing this WOD today.  This is going to be a great test of conditioning and skill level while operating at full intensity.
