A familiar site in the gym from 7:00-7:15 is Sabrina and Trey stretching one another.  We all hate to stretch, but what a difference it makes in your overall fitness ability, not to mention injury prevention.  Trey has made tremendous advances in his deadlift and squat positions since starting a stretching routine.  Better positions equals heavier lifts and safer lifts.  A bunch of us will be going to the Movement and Mobility Cert this weekend with Kelly Starrett.  You can bet your asses that we will be hammering you on the body maintenance when we get back.  Look forward to it.
