I’m not suggesting you train through pain or injury or become a powerlifter, then again I am not saying you shouldn’t.  It all depends on your goals.  The thing is that if you want to get strong, you got to stop making excuses and go hard.  This video gets me motivated to train hard.  Get your minds right.
