Take Good Care Of Those Athletic Machines Today

Rest Day – You better be stretching and getting on those foam rolls.  I know your hips are thrashed, cause ours definitely are.  Eat well, rest up and get some sleep because this momentum is not going to slow down until after we repeat our top 10 finish in the Affiliate Cup in July.  You all best believe it.

Most of the crew from Saturday morning.  What a brutal way to start your weekend.  Body weight back squats for time squeezed between rowing and C2B pull ups will show you what you are really made of.  Great job to all of our new members, you all are improving quickly and will be doing WODs like the big dawgs around here within the year.
