Strength Sunday

11.1.12 Panoramic
Some assistance work post-bench workout: banded pullaparts, tricep pulldowns, and shoulder raises. We target specific muscle groups as supplemental work after we max out on Tuesdays (squat and deadlift) and Thursdays (bench and shoulder press). Saturday as always is our dynamic effort day. 

No strength class this Thursday OR Saturday. 

Tuesday 6pm will front squat max as normal. Take the chance to do Olympic lifting, Flexnasty, yoga, or the regular class the rest of the week.
