As many of you know, one of my new favorite warmup exercises for mid-line strength is the hollow to superman roll, aka the super banana. I saw it called super banana on another box’s website and it cracked me up. When we do this one, roll over 1/2 way then back. Do not continue rolling in the same direction as momentum makes the exercise much easier. Do the super banana the hard way!
