1.65mi. Wounded Soldier Run with a 45# and 25# plate

Start at CFES, Finish at Glenn Hall Pool
One partner must be carried at all times in any fashion. You may trade off at any time who is carrying or being carried, but you may not make forward progress without at least one person being carried.
Team must stay together.
No rolling the plates!

Event 3
For Time:
30 Burpees
4x15m Overhead Plate Run Through Pool 45/25
15 Pool Burpees
Face First Down The Slide
Tread Water Until All Teammates Finish Down The Slide

In this challenge, you enter the stations one athlete at a time. Athletes may only advance once all stations in front of them are clear. When the last teammate goes down the slide, and tags their team the workout is finished.

Event 4
Pure Entertainment
Each team has a minimum of 2 minutes and a maximum of 5 minutes to put on a show for everyone else. Skits, synchronized swimming, prop comedy or whatever you want. Anything goes, hold the whip cream.
