In this classic CrossFit video, Pat Barber shows us what an all out effort looks like.  Watch this video then come in and plan to hit the row at a faster than usual pace, crank out the light deadlifts like they aren't even there, then box jump like you never have before.  Its a medium length WOD for most, but try not to pace yourself.  Go all out and see how long you can hang on.  Then go to tell people that you "did " Christine today and see what kinds of looks you get back.
