Congrats to Sean Talley on hitting his first muscle up.  Sean is a good athlete and has been with us for a little over 5 months now.  Sean recently passed every part of the Level 1 test except keeping his lumbar curve on his squats.  Sean is working on his hip moblity and just as soon as he can nail those squats, he will be joining the Level 1 program.  This isn't the first time we have seen someone pull off the muscle up before air squat, which tells you just how difficult dialing in that squat can be.  Congrats on your muscle up bro, and keep hitting mobility WODs so we can bump you up.

As for the rest of you, big thanks for the record breaking response on yesterdays post.  I work put in a lot of work daily to keep this site fresh and up to date, and I appreciate all of your participation, even if I had to threaten you with burpees.  Let's keep that momentum rolling.
