10 Overhead Squats 95/65
10 Chest to Bar Pull Ups
*If you finish, on the next 3 minutes repeat the 2 rounds with 12 reps of each movement. If you finish that repeat the next 3 minutes with 14 reps, then 16, then 18 and so on until you can no longer complete 2 rounds in 3 minutes.

6am yesterday, Calvin and Soheil throwing it down on 14.2. Neither of these guys enjoyed the overhead squats, but you should see them do chest to bar pull ups. Body weight maters.
