Proper KB Rack
When pressing KB's be sure to press from the proper rack position. The KB's should rest on your forearm, bicep, and deltoids with your elbows down and your wrists straight. Your hands should come to rest together right under your chin.
Improper KB Rack
Be sure not to treat the KB's like DB's or you will look like a DB.
