The pre-game margarita has become a CFES tradition, now officially spanning 4 years of CrossFit competition. We have come a long way form the good ol' ranch at Aromas, but some things should never change. There is more to this game than just 3 on, 1 off and paleo all day. A little margarita goes a long way in keeping up morale, and good morale equals good performance… at least that's how we justify it. The secret to our success really has nothing to do with mastery over movements, smart program design, or discliplined eating. It's just about having a good time.
