For LB, subtract your best jerk from your total WOD time.

WOD = 621 sec
621-285=336
336 sec = 5:36 min

Mix the following ingredients and place in pressure cooker for 45 minutes on high:
Tire Pulls
C2 Rower
Toes To Bar
Double Unders
Burpees
Hangover
Interval Based Team WOD
Strong Desire To Achieve

After 45 minutes remove yourself from the pressure cooker and let sit all day.
