If you are looking for a good workout on Sunday’s just check the comments section of the daily blog towards the end of the week to find our where the gang is meeting.  The running workouts are highly varied, but generally short and intense is the name of the game.  This past Sunday we had a great short track trail with highly varied terrain ranging from sand to tall grass, to rocks and gravel with some little hills and hurdles all along the course.  It was great agility training.

If you are a runner, or if you need to work on your running, this is a great way to get it done.  It is much more fun and challenging than just grabbing your iPod and going for a jog.

Oh I almost forgot.
