I also recieved the following email from one of our readers that I thought I would share with you all.

Hi Justin,
My name is Aaron Odom and I have been CrossFitting for a little over a year now. I am 24 years old, 5'7, and 160#. I live, work, and workout in East Sac (work at trader joes, workout at anytime fitness). Once my girlfriend and I can afford it we would love to workout at your box. Anyway, I mostly do the main site WODs when I can. If I don't have the equipment, then I usually look at a few different boxes" sites to get something different. Most of the time I try to use yours. 

So the reason I sending this is to give another testimony that CrossFit programming works. My dad, younger brother and I just completed the Warrior Dash race this past weekend in Hollister, CA. I'm sure you have heard of it. It is a 3.5 mile course and it has some fun obstacles to overcome. Anyway I ran it in 23:34. I finished 24th in my age group (475 runners) and 107th overall (over 5000). I ran at a decent pace, but after the race I felt I could've gone harder. I am excited to do stuff outside of CrossFit and perform at a high level. I plan on doing some CrossFit Endurance WODs in addition to main site stuff because I really don't run other than the what the WOD prescribes. 
Just wanted to say thanks for your programming. I ended up doing that 15-12-9 power clean, KB swing, Burpee workout last thursday, rested friday, and ran the race on saturday. This shit works!
